How to Return an Item

Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Send your item back using a trackable shipping service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if you’d like a replacement.
